DEUREX Spray Micronization Process
Starting the process from the liquid phase, many possibilities of wax raw materials and its mixtures can be spray micronized, offering unlimited opportunities to the industry. Due to the unique spraying process, DEUREX is able to micronize all kinds of waxes to almost any particle size the customer requires.
The spherical shape of the products makes it much easier to be dispersed in any solvent or water. Also, through spray micronization, DEUREX can guarantee a constant and narrow particle size distribution and a D 99 value, instead of D 50 value as most of their competitors do.
