Water-based wax emulsion bases on oxidized LDPE wax
DEUREX EO 7601 W is a water-based emulsion based on an oxidized LDPE wax (low density polyethylene wax). The wax emulsion is ideally suited for water-based coatings and paints such as wood varnishes or industrial coatings. It is also used in water-based lubricants and water-based release agents. The LDPE wax emulsion can be used in the paper industry, for textiles and leather applications. DEUREX EO 7601 W is also used as a wax additive in care products and hot melts.
The oxidized LDPE wax emulsion improves block resistance and hydrophobicity. Surfaces get more gloss and smoothness. Slip, scratch resistance and abrasion protection of the surfaces are also increased. If the wax emulsion is applied in the production of thermoplastics and hot melts, their flowability is improved. DEUREX EO 7601 W is also used as an anti-caking additive. The wax offers high hardness.
