DEUREX H 91 K
Hybrid wax, Fischer-Tropsch wax and polyethylene wax, fine granules
Based on a Fischer-Tropsch wax and a polyethylene wax we have developed the hybrid wax DEUREX H 91 K. The short-chain PE wax improves the adhesion and flexibility of the surface of end products. UV resistance is also increased. The long-chain FT wax increases abrasion resistance and scratch resistance.
When used in hot melt adhesives, it shortens open time, increases tack and prevents stringing. In PVC applications the hybrid wax acts as a lubricant. It also protects surfaces. In rubber applications DEUREX H 91 K acts as a lubricant and also as a release agent.
The hybrid wax consisting of Fischer-Tropsch waxes and polyethylene waxes is suitable as a raw material for the production of micronized waxes. In summary, it offers excellent abrasion and scratch resistance as well as anti blocking. The chemical resistance and weather resistance of surfaces of the final products are increased.
