Water and bio based wax emulsion based on a sugar cane wax
With DEUREX X 5201 W we offer a biodegradable water based wax emulsion based on sugar cane wax DEUREX X 52. The bio raw material is suitable for use in polishes, coatings, printing inks and care products.
In coatings and printing inks a matting effect is achieved and the grip is increased. Used in functional coatings it increases block resistance, slip and scratch resistance.
The water based wax emulsion is also used in polishes (furniture polishes, floor care products, car care products), where it increases polishability and gives floor surfaces a matting effect.
DEUREX X 5201 W is used in the fertilizer industry as a natural retarding agent. The wax emulsion is also used for seed coatings. This improves the wetting of the seed, increases the surface smoothness and the anti-blocking effect of the coating. The increased abrasion resistance reduces dust formation.
The renewable raw material - sugar cane wax DEUREX X 52 - is biodegradable and compostable according to DIN EN 13432.
