MASTERWAX 305
HDPE, eco coated with 5 % PE wax, micronized
MASTERWAX 305 is an innovative, micronized HDPE (high-density polyethylene). It is coated with micronized polyethylene wax and is ideal for masterbatch applications, especially for hard-to-disperse pigments, as well as for general plastics processing. MASTERWAX 305 helps to increase color yield and enables a reduction in extrusion processes, which in turn leads to a reduction in manufacturing costs. The product is characterized by an extremely large surface area (27 times larger than HDPE granules) and is easy to dose and flow. MASTERWAX 305 is available as a white, micronized powder and is supplied in big bags or 20 kg sacks. The “eco coated” version of MASTERWAX 305 contains 95 % DEUREX HDPE Micro 300 and 5 % DEUREX E 0920 M.
