DEUREX F 6714 M
PTFE spot coated wax, micronized
DEUREX F 6714 M is a micronized, oxidized wax coated with micronized PTFE and used as a high-performance additive for coatings, paints, printing inks, and lubricants. Thanks to its “spot coated” structure, the PTFE content in the final application can be reduced by up to 90 % while maintaining important surface properties. The product is based on a particularly hard wax and is highly effective even at low dosage levels.
DEUREX F 6714 M is used in powder coatings, water-based paints and coatings, UV coatings, as well as sheet-fed offset, flexographic, and gravure printing inks. The additive improves scuff and scratch resistance, increases blocking resistance, and offers high temperature stability. As a white, free-flowing micronized powder with low dusting behavior, it can be reliably integrated into industrial formulations and is particularly suitable for durable, efficient, and PTFE-reduced coating systems.
