Polypropylene wax, finest powder
DEUREX P 36 A is a polypropylene wax with a texture effect and is suitable as a high-performance additive for coatings, paints, printing inks, and applications in the paper industry. Especially in powder coatings, industrial coatings, furniture and parquet coatings, as well as can coatings, the white fine powder supports targeted surface design with a uniform texture and structure. DEUREX P 36 A can also be used in gravure, overprint, screen, and flexographic inks when a defined texture effect and reduced gloss are required.
In application, DEUREX P 36 A offers reliable performance as a texturing agent, supports gloss reduction, and provides anti-settling properties. Its high melting point and strong stability in both water-based and solvent-based systems enable versatile use in demanding formulations. Supplied as a fine powder with 98% below 150 µm, a drop point of 150 - 170 °C, and a viscosity of 80 - 150 mPas at 160 °C, DEUREX P 36 A can be efficiently integrated into industrial coating and printing ink systems.
