DEUREX S 3519 M
Silica double coated wax, micronized
DEUREX S 3519 M is a micronized, silica-coated wax additive for coatings, paints, and printing inks. The product combines micronized silica with a particularly hard wax and features a “double coated” structure: the wax surface is completely coated with silica. As a result, DEUREX S 3519 M delivers excellent matting properties without the need for an additional matting agent. Its narrow and uniform particle size distribution supports a homogeneous surface effect, very good transparency and reliable processing in demanding formulations.
DEUREX S 3519 M is primarily used in industrial coatings, wood coatings, automotive coatings, powder coatings, and printing inks. In these applications, the additive improves surface hardness, increases scratch and abrasion resistance, and provides excellent chemical resistance. Thanks to its high temperature stability, uniform distribution on the surface, and strong matting performance, DEUREX S 3519 M is an efficient solution for matte, durable and visually high-quality coating systems.
