BIOMER 129 D10
Water-based dispersion based of a biodegradable wax
BIOMER 129 D10 is a water-based dispersion made from the biodegradable wax BIOMER 129. The wax combines high abrasion and scratch resistance with improved slip properties. This makes the white, opaque wax dispersion suitable for applications in the textile, paper and care-product industries, as well as in coatings and paints, lubricating and release agents, and hot-melt adhesives.
The wax BIOMER 129 is SPM-free and biodegradable according to OECD 301/B. Its drop point ranges from 130 to 135 °C. The wax dispersion has a solid content of 44 to 48 percent, while the typical particle size is specified as 50% below 7 µm.
