DEUREX K 6410 W

DEUREX K 6410 W is an water based dispersion based on a modified Fischer-Tropsch wax coated with micronized high-performance PEEK polymer. It is designed for use in water based coatings and water based printing inks where durable surface properties and reliable processing are required. The product combines modified Fischer-Tropsch wax with PEEK and is supplied as a white, opaque liquid dispersion. Its water-based formulation makes it suitable for modern coating systems that require strong performance in aqueous applications.

In use, DEUREX K 6410 W provides excellent abrasion and scratch resistance while improving chemical, temperature, and weathering resistance. The additive also enhances slip properties, offers good overprintability, and supports effective anti-blocking performance. With a solids content of 44 - 46 %, a typical particle size of around 6 µm, and 98 % of particles below 10 µm, it can be integrated efficiently into water based formulations.
