Oxidized polyethylene wax (MDPE), fine granules
DEUREX EO 41 K is an oxidized MDPE polyethylene wax supplied as a light yellow fine granulate. The product is suitable for PVC and other plastics, the rubber industry, lubricants, and the production of solvent-based and water-based emulsions. Especially in PVC applications, DEUREX EO 41 K acts as a highly effective external lubricant, improves slip properties, supports viscosity control, and can help reduce melt temperature and pressing pressure. In addition, the wax is suitable as a release agent for industrial plastic formulations.
DEUREX EO 41 K also offers important advantages in the production of emulsions. The oxidized polyethylene wax can be emulsified very well in water and solvents and enables very fine, transparent emulsions. In application, it supports water resistance, smoothness, and gloss, while contributing to good abrasion resistance, anti-blocking properties, and improved slip performance. With a drop point of 99 - 105 °C, a viscosity of 150 - 300 mPas at 140 °C, and approvals for food contact, DEUREX EO 41 K is a versatile wax additive for high-performance industrial formulations.
