DEUREX HDPE micro 300

DEUREX^® HDPE micro 300 is a micronized HDPE (high-density polyethylene). This product is particularly suitable for masterbatch applications, especially for pigments that are difficult to disperse, and for plastics processing. The special features of DEUREX^® HDPE micro 300 include an increase in color yield, a reduction in the number of extrusion processes and a reduction in manufacturing costs. It is characterized by an extremely large surface area, is dispensable and flowable, without pigments. The surface area is 27 times larger than that of HDPE pellets.

DEUREX^® HDPE micro 300 is a white, micronized powder supplied in big bags or 20 kg sacks.

In addition to DEUREX^® HDPE micro 300, DEUREX^® also offers ready-to-use compounds made from HDPE and wax under the MASTERWAX^® 300 series brand. The MASTERWAX^® 300 series includes various coating options with the micronized PE wax DEUREX^® E 0920 M:

• MASTERWAX^® 305, "Spot coated", (95 % DEUREX^® HDPE micro 300, 5 % DEUREX^® E 0920 M),
