MASTERWAX 305
HDPE, spot coated with 5 % PE wax, micronized
MASTERWAX® 305 is an innovative, micronized HDPE (high-density polyethylene). It is coated with micronized polyethylene wax and is ideal for masterbatch applications, especially for hard-to-disperse pigments, as well as for general plastics processing. MASTERWAX® 305 helps to increase color yield and enables a reduction in extrusion processes, which in turn leads to a reduction in manufacturing costs. The product is characterized by an extremely large surface area (27 times larger than HDPE granules) and is easy to dose and flow. MASTERWAX® 305 is available as a white, micronized powder and is supplied in big bags or 20 kg sacks. The “spot coated” version of MASTERWAX® 305 contains 95 % DEUREX® HDPE Micro 300 and 5 % DEUREX® E 0920 M.
