MASTERWAX 310
HDPE, eco coated with 10 % PE wax, micronized
MASTERWAX® 310, a product of the MASTERWAX® 300 series, is a micronized HDPE coated with micronized polyethylene wax. It is an excellent solution for plastics processing and is particularly advantageous for the production of masterbatches with pigments that are difficult to disperse. With MASTERWAX® 310 you can achieve improved color yields while reducing the number of extrusion steps required and lowering production costs. The special micronized form provides an extremely large, dispensable and flowable surface area that is 27 times larger than that of conventional HDPE pellets. The product is supplied as a white powder and is available in big bags or 20 kg bags. The “Eco coated” version MASTERWAX® 310 consists of 90 % DEUREX® HDPE Micro 300 and 10 % DEUREX® E 0920 M.
